Return Policy | All sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us at info@serialkillerinc.com within 3 days of order landing at shipped destination. No exceptions. Product must be unworn & unwashed, all tags must be intact. You will receive store credit only for issues.

Orders cannot be combined & shipping address cannot be edited or changed once your order is placed.

We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier immediately to locate your package or file a missing claim with them.

We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items ordered on sale or discounted.  All sale items and discounted items are FINAL SALE.  Please allow extra time for orders to arrive when being ordered during a sale.
